Bringing these issues into the light of consciousness allows for profound insight, acceptance and forgiveness. This allows love to flow more freely in all areas of our lives and unblocks our natural tendency to evolve to our fullest potential. The healing we experience for ourselves tends to flow back into our families especially to our children who through this process inherit a healthier ancestral legacy. \n\n\n\nUnacknowledged and unresolved family dynamics are like parasites in our family system, which compromise the physical, emotional and spiritual health and vitality of family members.
