Family Constellation Day

Healing Emotions and Relationships

Would you like to free yourself from family dynamics that limit your ability to form and maintain honest supportive loving relationships?

With a deep sense of safety, compassion and clarity family constellations reveal the underlying traumas and unresolved conflicts that unconsciously influence our thoughts, emotions, behaviour and health. Bringing these issues into the light of consciousness allows for profound insight, acceptance and forgiveness. This allows love to flow more freely in all areas of our lives and unblocks our natural tendency to evolve to our fullest potential. The healing we experience for ourselves tends to flow back into our families especially to our children who through this process inherit a healthier ancestral legacy.

Unacknowledged and unresolved family dynamics are like parasites in our family system, which compromise the physical, emotional and spiritual health and vitality of family members. The more these parasite-like patterns are released the more energy is available to evolve, thrive and love fully and deeply.

“Unresolved traumas from past generations must be brought to light. As long as they remain buried in the pain or silence that surrounds them, fears and feelings that don’t belong to us can reappear in our lives—and we will think they’re ours.⁣” Mark Woylnn, author of ‘It Didn’t Start with You’
