Four Waterfalls – Meditations on Power and Grace

We look forward to sharing this absolutely stunning series of waterfalls with you. There will be guided meditations with us sitting, standing, walking and moving. These meditations will help you calm and clear your mind, relax and energise your body and open your heart to a deeper love of nature and yourself.
The walk into the creek and the first waterfall is easy, There is a little scrambling to get to the other falls. Anyone of moderate fitness should have no difficulty.
Please bring bathers if you would like to swim or have a cold plunge. otherwise you will need a towel, water, lunch and snacks.
Whether you are experienced of new to meditation you will benefit. Approaching the this place with a sense of mindful sacredness will be enriching.
Please meet us at 10 Tuscan Pl, Beacon Hill. We will have about a two hour drive to the beginning of the walk. There is only about three hours of walking with a lot of time for meditating, exploring and hanging out with like-minded souls


Your guides are Eric Lyleson psychologist and author of ‘Essential Wholeness’ and ‘Reflections from Down Under, Getting Lost and Finding Yourself in Nature’; and Catherine Robertson, Wellness Coach and Leadership Consultant
